GTX 770 or GTX 680

Hi all!

I've been searching for a week and still not decided on which one to get. I'm choosing between GTX 770 or GTX 680. I'm also choosing between EVGA or ASUS, but so far EVGA is dominating for me, however I still need help.

Btw, I plan to use the Asus Sabertooth z87. Hope you could help me on this, thanks in advance!

If budget is not a concern go for the EVGA GTX 770. The 770 is a bit beefier and will run more future games than the 680 pretty well.

Between the EVGA vs Asus, EVGA is known for better overall specs and stuff but you won't be disappointed with the Asus either (I own the Asus).

just bought a evga 770 for £299 its good but not mind blowing i went from a 6950 and have been havung driver issues sound going on and off random crashes but it performs well. im gonna give it a 6/10 its a maybe my alternative was a 7950ghz

From what I've seen the only difference is that the Dual has a EVGA Double BIOS

"A secondary BIOS allows you to experiment with custom BIOSes without risk of breaking the card, and allows easy BIOS recovery with just the flip of a switch. Also, on select cards the secondary BIOS may unlock additional overclocking potential and/or improved fanspeed control!"

They are exactly the same performance wise, that one has 1 more feature for OCing safely so you might say it is "better", but grab the one which is cheaper if some promotion appears...
