Ok, so I'm thinking of buying a motherboard for my new build. I would like to hear some of your opinions and input about the Asus ROG Hero and MSI GD65.

If there's some pro's and con's, lets lay them all in the table.

I've been hearing a lot about the GD65 with its continues disconnects to the internet because of the Killer NIC as well as some ram slot issues.
Any confirmation to those that actually have? Are these problem solved already with some sort of update etc?

What about Hero? Anything that is a common problem or issue that occurs in this motherboard?

I just don't want to be caught off guard with any problem once I start putting everything together for this will be my first computer build.

Thanks!

Solution
Go with the Hero, looked at and built on many before deciding on the Hero for my own build, as far as MSI, I won't touch them for client builds (or any build) they have poor QC and support

The gd65 also have less and not-as-good analog VRMs compared to hero.(adapted from sin's vrm list)
The hero does not have mpcie combo, but the gene, impact and formula have.
Killer nic sucks period.
The hero is fine.
Asus hero is also bang for buck as it have the good vrms found on formula and extreme.
So yeah.
