Mabinogi you can do allot of things bat its hard to learn how to play, Fiesta Online, Marple Story some people hate it some people love it, Spirit Tales, Eden Eternal have a bit higher graphics but i think you can run them on max, Everquest 2, Perfect World its a bit Pay2Win, Ragnarok Online, Allods Online

Oh laptop. I guess start by getting a laptop cooling pad and if you can check the motherboard if it has any slot open for a video card upgrade, that would be best.

And if you do get a video card, it will relieve your cpu some of the load and share some with your video card.

Forget my previous newegg link, I assumed you were using a desktop. It won't work on your laptop! xD!

Well, you can run it for some time but then your CPU hits a around 90C then it will drop your FPS to unplayable.
Maybe that cooling pad is your best bet for now.
A new laptop is always a good option. Watch out for Black Friday! Start saving up! >.<!

I have no potential of getting a new laptop before 4/3/2014. so my best bet right now is to try and tweak the game as i said i dont care about graphics so im going to try to get the graphics and tweaks to the lowest possible, so i can run Forge?

Well the games that i gave you should work on specs even lower than yours so feel free to install all of them LOL. Ever quest should be runnible at low to med setting on your PC. TF2 may look cartoony but it has allot of details an really detailed player models.

You have a point jaffa, That's why i was never able to run it, how about a game called Forge F2P (Arena pvp game) it just got an f2p model and how about Path of exile do you think i might pull those off?

Sadly NOPE for 2 of them Forge is highly detailed game and Path of Exile doesn't look really LOW spec kind of game. I need to tell you one thing if the game is F2P it doesn't mean that is bad quality. Tera Rising is F2P and Blacklight Retribution too but they run slow on even HIGH Spec systems. I think that you should stick up with the game that i gave you, check them out. If you still cant find that one game then yous hould look up on medium spec games but as you already know you will need stronger PC. I may find few more games and il be sure to post them, in mean time just play these.
