I just downloaded the new AMD drivers 13.9 but for some reason now my display is my primary option for graphics. I fixed this problem before because the catalyst was working without a problem. For some reason the catalyst wont launch or anything so I was wondering is there any way to switch the graphic setting from monitor to AMD7970 without the catalyst? Also is it because my Display is the primary setting the reason the catalyst wont launch?
