Both my cell and HP laptop show that i have an excellent connection to the internet, however i cant pull up any pages on the puter or my phone. I've disabled the router and plugged the computer directly into my modem and it still doesnt work. Safe mode doesnt either. I did a system restore. Didnt help. It was just working a few days ago so I don't know why all of a sudden there's a problem. my isp tech support is saying my computer is broken, but that doesnt make sense cuz my phone doesnt work either. i'm not real computer savvy....HELP!!!!!
