Solution
I will recommend to get the 1866Mhz cl10 RAM and the Fractal Design Integra R2 750W for £62.58. http://www.amazon.co.uk/Fractal-Design-Integra-Power-Supply/dp/B00931YW60/ref=sr_1_27?s=computers&ie=UTF8&qid=1379694795&sr=1-27

Fractal Design Integra R2 750W Review: http://www.bit-tech.net/hardware/psus/2013/04/26/best-power-supply-psu-720-750w/1
Because for the FX-8350 cpu, if you have any ram over 1866MHz speed you need oc it, also from price/performance ratio you should get the 1866Mhz. If you want you can OC it by yourself.
For the PSU, I add the link for one of the reviews, in the review, you can see even it is not in the top spot, because it compares with the top brand PSU. But it will be much better than the CX750 and the CM...

But it will be much better than the CX750 and the CM RS750. From what I see because you maybe CF HD7970 in the future, so you can get the 750W PSU otherwise it is overkill.
