M planning my specs as follows:
AMD FX-6300
Gigabyte GA78LMT USB-3
AMD Radeon HD 6950[2 GB DDR5][I am getting at a bit lower price]
8Gb DDR3 RAM
Cooler Master Thunder 600W PSU

Currently I have a iball mini tower[36cm] with some crap motherboard named: MAXTONE MAXG31PR[HIS].....i dun noe which form factor it is....
Now...since i am going for the motherboard: Gigabyte GA78LMT USB-3
[here's the link: http://www.flipkart.com/gigabyte-ga-78lmt-usb3-motherbo...]

which says that it is a micro atx form factor...so will this motherboard and the psu[Cooler Master thunder 600W] and the rest of the things fit into the mini tower.....?

I can't find any good info on that MAXTONE motherboard. Any chance you can post a picture of it?

I don't think it would display that info so plainly. You could possibly look at the measurements of the board to make such a determination:

A micro-ATX should be 9.6" x 9.6" (244mm x 244mm) while an Standard ATX would be 12" x 9.6" (305mm x 330mm).
