Hello! This is my first time building a computer and I would like some help with what parts to get. I have minimal knowledge of computer parts so if you guys could put things in simple terms, that would be great!

Budget Range: $1000-2000

System Usage from Most to Least Important: Gaming, school work, pretty much everything

Are you buying a monitor: No

OS: Windows 8

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: Newegg

Location: Southeastern CT, USA

Parts Preferences: I have no preference for brand.

Overclocking: I don't know what this is.

SLI or Crossfire: I don't know what this is.

Additional Comments: The main game I play is League of Legends, but I also want to stream while playing. I currently only have a laptop and can only play League on the lowest settings w/ ~50 fps. My laptop cannot support streaming at all; I always get the BSOD when I try.

Solution
I would go with this build if you want to play any games on max settings with ease. This build can upgrade easily, and if you want to save money switch the 770 to a gigabyte 760. As more graphic intensive games come out you can add a second video card.

This do have SLI GTX 760 they are faster than single GTX 780 or as fast mut cheaper.
Really good gaming performance. This build it is good to take couple 140mm fans and oe 120mm
140mm fans to top of case and one to floor of the case. This way you have good airflow trugh ypur hot system. Floor fan makes you sli set get more fresh cool air. That way you can keep them quiet.

Hi RazerZ! If I could pay for something around $1000, that would be ideal. Also, I do play other games like FFXIV, but my games list is always changing so I just felt like going for a more powerful computer so that if I felt like playing a game like ArcheAge, I wouldn't have to wrory about my computer being able to support it.

Here this is everything you will need.
For ~900$ you can play all recent and upcoming game
high-> max settings 50-60+ fps depending on which game.

Save the leftover cash.
This pc will last well over 1 year , before you feeling its getting slow.

The thing is he wants to play games like Final Fantasy, this build is great for now but in a few years he can sli an nvidia GPU. Also the CPU I chose is a lot faster for gaming.

Might wanna go with the Sabertooth, they are said to OC better.

Thanks for all the responses guys! I have a couple questions though. If I were to use RazerZ build, would I be able to switch the case to a NZXT
Phantom (White) (http://pcpartpicker.com/part/nzxt-case-phan001wt) or a NZXT Switch 810 (White) (http://pcpartpicker.com/part/nzxt-case-casw810w1)?

Also, if I upgraded the CPU to an Intel Core i7-4770K (http://pcpartpicker.com/part/intel-cpu-bx80646i74770k), would everything still be able to fit in all of those cases?
