Im planning on building a new system for gaming, CAD programs and everyday use. I won't be overclocking. My proposed system is:

Case: Zalmann Z9 plus
http://www.memoryexpress.com/Products/MX31654

Mobo: Asus h87 plus
http://www.memoryexpress.com/Products/MX45858

CPU: intel i5-4570
http://www.memoryexpress.com/Products/MX45431

RAM: Kingston HyperX Blu (2x4gb) DDR3-1600MHz
http://www.memoryexpress.com/Products/MX38854

GPU: Asus GTX650 Ti Boost 2GB DirectCU II OC
http://www.memoryexpress.com/Products/MX45101
OR
Asus HD7850 DirectCU II 1GB
http://www.memoryexpress.com/Products/MX44000

HDD: Seagate 1TB Barracuda SATA III
http://www.memoryexpress.com/Products/MX36523

PSU: Corsair professional series Gold AX650 modular
http://www.memoryexpress.com/Products/MX33771
OR
Corsair professional series HX650 modular
http://www.memoryexpress.com/Products/MX26068

Accessories: Asus usb 3.0 front panel and LG dvd drive

For now im happy with HDD but i may upgrade to SSD in the near future once this is up and running.
Which GPU should i get? Is there anything wrong with the build? Can i get better components for the same or less cost? What OS should and can i run?
Preferably any reccomendations be from Memory express or retailers in Edmonton, AB.

Solution
a gtx650ti BOOST is not powerful enough to actually use 2gb Vram. Get a 2gb hd7850 for sure. It is clearly the better card.

Neither of these will play BF4 at high settings though. The 7850 will play it at medium. The 650TI BOOST will play it slightly worse.

I heard that many modern games require 2GB ram to keep up, is this true when comparing the 7850 to the GTX 650 TI Boost? Also, the 2 gb 7850 is more expensive than the 650.
