Hello!

I need forum recommendations on good reliable HDD enclosure which can support up to 4 TB hard drives (I think about $100 or more). Just lost flash drives and HDD because of bloody Roswill hub, so I decided to buy quality devices (not China).
Also is there any possibility to restore flash drives?

Asking whether there is "any possibility to restore flash drives" is like asking whether it is possible to fix a car. The question makes no sense unless you know the nature of the fault.

In your other threads on this subject I asked you to measure the voltages coming out of your hub. If the +5V and ground pins are in the wrong places, or if the +5V supply is something other than that (eg +12V), then the chances are that the flash drive's controller is dead.

In such cases a data recovery company would desolder the NAND flash chip(s) and access them in a chip reader. Commercial data recovery software (eg Flash Extractor) would then be used to reconstruct your data.

I don't know much about enclosures, but I don't think that even the best one will cost $100. More like $30-$40.

As for recovering the files, give these a try. Start with Recuva: http://lifehacker.com/5237503/five-best-free-data-recovery-tools
