Problem Running 4GB Hyper x black

here's my problem :

I have Ga-Z77-D3H , Intel Core I5 2400

Starting PC with two sticks of RAM OK 2X4GB HyperX Genesis
Starting PC with two sticks of RAM OK 4GB HyperX Genesis + 4GB HyperX black

Starting PC with one hyper x Genesis 4GB only ---> OK

Starting PC with one hyper x black 4GB only ---> Boot failed , pc keeps power on and off

I tried to set voltage to 1.64 .. with no luck ,,
I just want to run the black RAM only

The black one is working if only I put another stick with it
I want to Run the hyper X black alone ... , I have only one stick black .
I did a bios reset . also nothing changes .
Running the black one alone is not working ..
