Hi All,

So I recently finished my first build and so far I'm really enjoying it. There is one thing that seems strange to me though.

Sometimes I hear a clicking noise in my graphics card. I have a EVGA GeForce GTX780 SuperClocked w/EVGA ACX Cooler (not overclocked, just stock settings).

Everything else about it seems perfectly fine. I run Battlfield 3 with everything maxed out and it looks awesome. Heat stays below 50 most of the time. No artifacts or any other kind of weird visual things.

Whenever I start up a game I hear this little "click" or slight "pop" noise, maybe every minute or so. It doesn't sound electrical but I'm not sure.

At first I thought i must have been some cable bumping the fan... nope, nothing even close to it.

Anyone have any insight on what might be causing this? Is it normal? This is the first time I've ever had a dedicated graphics card so I don't have a lot of experience.

Any ideas/help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm not 100% sure its coming from the graphics card, it might be possible that the increase in heat when I play a game in causing the plastic window on my case to shift a bit...I'm not sure though

Thanks a bunch

Well I figured it out. It was the plastic window on my case. I guess the little bump in temp shifts it a bit. I pushed on the plastic all around the edges and now the noise is gone. Thankfully :)
