I am purchasing my first Gaming PC next week and I need something that would run DayZ and Garry's Mod.

This looks like a good system and the sale brings it right down to a good price for my budget.
Without changing any custom settings would this be good enough to run DayZ and Garry's Mod? and also what would let's say the best game graphics that this could run? for instance, could it run BF3 or Call of Duty BO2?
