Is there a way to monitor multiple device internet speed/bandwidth usage?

Speedtest only allows single test.

I tried using WFilter, it works but requires me to do Port Mirroring which I think isnt supported by my router.

Why do I want to monitor multiple devices connected to the router?

Because I recently subscribed to a 8Mbps and was given a 1 month trial, but currently the speed is really slow. Considering that multiple devices are connected I need to check whether the total bandwidth reaches 8Mbps or 900Kbyte/s. If the speed really is slow, I need to cancel it before my trial duration finishes.

Odds are the answer is no. The router must have this feature. If you log into the router and can find a screen that show utilization of the wan port then you could likely get software that would extract the information and log it.

The way I have done this as well as produce reports of what type of traffic is running is to use what is called netflow data. If you can load a dd-wrt image on the router and you can leave a pc on to collect the data (a router has no place to store reports) you should be able to get what you want.

Now if you have to buy something and the WAN connection is ethenet you could either buy a tap or a small switch that does port mirroring rather than a different router. You could then use wireshark rather than the program you linked. It is not a reporting tool like the one you linked but it does have many reports that will give you want you need and it is free with no trials.
