I have an HP desktop and one day I connected to my internet and it turned my screen black with only a cursor and it does the same thing when wired connected also.

Solution
Try to see if same happens in Safe Mode
Restart your PC whilst holding down the Shift Key (Before it gets to the Black screen, obviously!)
Choose Troubleshoot/Advanced Options/Windows Start-up Settings
In Startup Settings there's an option to restart the PC in different modes, one of which is Safe Mode with Networking (Option 5)...

It is working but what is the difference in safe mode and do I have to stay in safe mode?

I have tryed the scan and the clean boot and it did not helped. The only thing that works is safe mode.

Still points to a software problem. As SFC failed to find anything, try chkdsk as a last resort before trying Refresh your PC
At CMD Prompt
Type chkdsk /f /r then Enter. (note spaces before /). Type Y and Enter to run the program when you restart Windows. Expect it to take a long time if you have a large drive. Use this to check out the chkdsk log

If no significant errors are found, next step is to try to Refresh your PC, Type 'Refresh' at your Start Screen and choose 'Refresh Your PC from Settings. Note all your installed software will have to be re-installed, but your personal data should remain untouched. Backup just in case, though .
