just did some searching and some are saying that a 650 is plenty and even a good quality 550 would be fine. It never hurts to have some headroom either though. maybe a good 650 will work fine. People were justifying it by saying that cpu's and video cards arent going up in power consumption which there is some truth to. Good luck

Looks pretty good. Only thing maybe is to go with a 750 watt PSU for the video card. Thats just me though. Someone with more experience can help you more with that, but you should be screamin in no time.
