I do not recommend the Dual GPU setup as the performance increase is minimal and you get microstuttering. You can tell me your budget and I will build you a good performing gaming PC.

Case: Any cool looking case that appeal to you.

Cooling system: I suggest that you don't buy a cooling system anymore as long as you don't do any overclocking. The stock CPU cooler and case fans is already sufficient.

Power Supply: Corsair CX430M. This power supply is budget friendly and reliable. Perfect for your build.

Goodluck! :)

If you are working on your PC 24/7 then you will need a case with a good airflow. I believe that the big cool looking cases like Cooler Master has a good airflow. Also, it is optional to buy some extra case fans for an even better cooling. Here's a picture of what I'm talking about. http://www.coolermaster.com/upload/product_feature/elit...

I believe freons are related to cooling stuff which are being used in air conditioners and refrigerators. I thought of that because my car mechanic talked about freon in my car aircon. And if it is a freon case, then I guess it's a case with an aircon. Based from my calculations, a freon case would cost $400 - $1000 excluding labor as it will be a customized case.
