How this build stricks you? Did leave the case away. Look PHANTEKS Enthoo Primo https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NWsPYTDEmHQ new case.
It looks awesome to me. Silverstone TJ11 is nice case too. Price is about 650?
Not sure if that supports EATX MoBo but you can swich to ATX MoBo.
Cooler Master Cosmos is good case too https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wkQ5Y6RlAwU. Btw are you sure that 7990 video cards will work in CF?? http://www.kitguru.net/components/graphic-cards/zardon/hd7990-quadfire-tested-crash-happy/

You need a Bios flash update. Get the EVGA X79 Dark instead of the Rampage IV. So that you can just use a lever to switch to IB-E bios. If your fine with getting a SB-E cpu then flashing it then putting the IB-E in then go for it.

Bios flas is really easy thing to do. No poin to to pay MoBo so much.
Asus PRO or Gigamyte UP4 arereally good.
Gigabyte this MoBo is best build like this.
GA-X79S-UP5-WIFI Socket 2011C606 eATX Intel Motherboard

2 x SATA 6Gb/s connectors (SATA3 0~1) supporting up to 2 SATA 6Gb/s devices
4 x SATA 3Gb/s connectors (SATA2 2~5) supporting up to 4 SATA 3Gb/s devices
Support for RAID 0, RAID 1, RAID 5, and RAID 10
* When a RAID set is built across the SATA 6Gb/s and SATA 3Gb/s channels, the system performance of the RAID set may vary depending on the devices being connected.

8 x SAS 3Gb/s connectors (SAS2 0~7) supporting up to 8 SAS 3Gb/s devices
* The SAS connectors do not support optical drives.
Support for RAID 0, RAID 1, and RAID 10

Marvell 88SE9172 chip:

2 x eSATA 6Gb/s connectors (including 1 eSATA/USB Combo) on the back panel supporting up to 2 SATA 6Gb/s devices
Support for RAID 0 and RAID 1
