What graphics card should i use

im going to buy a graphics card but dk which to buy. im willing to pay abt $200. i hope it can at least run xcom enemy unknown. here are my spec:

motherboard: H67MA E35

RAM: 4GB

screen resolution: 1366X768

for psu: andyson g480 (480W)

CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-2400 CPU @ 3.10GHz

First two points:
1: Andyson make cheap but fairly low quality power supplies so I will suggest you consider replacing it with a better built unit from a maker like: Corsair, Seasonic, Silverstone, OCZ or Antec. look for 450 to 500 Watts with a single 6 pin PCI-E connector.
2: You are playing at a low resolution so a powerful, expensive graphics card is not really needed.
I think either the GTX650 or HD7750 will be powerful enough at the current resolution and both will run happily from the existing power supply.
