Hi Tom's Hardware forum!
I have a problem on my old PC. It uses Windows XP and when I boot it, it doesn't show any accounts, although there was 3-4 accounts. Here is picture how to appears. It doesn't change when I try Ctrl+Alt+Del. Stays the same when I use Safe Mode. I chose to boot it when it had last working configuration. Same thing again. If I can restore? How can I do that? Do you have a solution for this?
Thanks for the help!

Hi there.....
Does it get past that screen, and finish loading Windows, or just hang there?
Sounds like the nusrmgr.cpl file may be damaged.
If it still loads Windows completely (desktop, etc.) Try running this:

Start/Run/ sfc /scannow , this should check system files and restore.

If you can't even get to the desktop, the only other suggestion I have at the moment is to use the Repair option with the XP setup disk, if you have it.

However, I know there are many on this forum with far more knowledge than myself, perhaps they could help where my knowledge fails.
