Hello,

I have Intel I5 4570 CPU. At idle temperatures are ~42 C and while playing BF3 MP they are at about 74 C. I'm using Stock cooler. Are these temps normal or should I get better cooler? Which one would you recommend from this site (price needs to be under 90 Lt). I don't need very good cooler, but I need that it wouldn't make a lot of noise and would keep my CPU under 68 C while playing.

I'm thinking about Deepcool "Gammaxx S40". Would this cooler keep my CPU under 68 C in games?

Thanks for your help.

For under 90Lt, that S40 cooler should run fine - it has a larger 12cm fan at max 1500rpm, so it should run a bit cooler. You can always tweak your BIOS fan speed settings to reduce noise even further.

Another tip you might try if you're not overclocking, is to slightly reduce the voltage on your motherboard by around -0.05 to -0.1v for your CPU. That should reduce the load temperature as well.

I've decided to pick Cooler Master Hyper TX3 cooler. I have read some review and I found out that this is one of the best coolers at this price range. Would this cooler keep my CPU under ~ 67 C?

Do you know if it would fit to Cooler Master K350 case?
