AMD Apu a8 CPU restarting

I am a noob at dis So please spare
I recently bot AMD APU and strtd to have some problems.I installed Win 7 64bit,the pc got stuck many times,Sometimes it restartd in midle of some norMAL TASKS .i installed Win 7 32 bit,it responded but when goin for some bigger tasks like installling games,playing dem etc.it restarts
What could b d prob...
AMD A8 5600k with Radeon 7560D
Digiite FM2A55 mobo wth stock fan
Zebronics PSU

I would run win7 64 bit first off. 32 bit wont hurt but ur not using the cpu to its capability. Restarting can be caused by so many factors that more information is needed. If you can please answer following questions.

1. Is it restarting have any pattern to it, like amount of time(every 5 min or so)?
2. Have you recently installed, tinkered with any of the hardware, cpu cooler, memory, hard drive....ect?
3. Did it work fine till any new installed software(like software installed within last 2 weeks of issue starting)?

Theres just so many things we need more info to help narrow it down.
