Solution
Prices are really high there in Australia, so to get a better performing system, you would need to spend 50 dollars more.

Note : The prices are all in Australian Dollars with links to Australian stores as well..

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant / Benchmarks

CPU: Intel Core i3-3220 3.3GHz Dual-Core Processor ($135.00 @ PCCaseGear)
Motherboard: ASRock B75M R2.0 Micro ATX LGA1155 Motherboard ($69.00 @ PCCaseGear)
Memory: Kingston 4GB (1 x 4GB) DDR3-1333 Memory ($45.00 @ PCCaseGear)
Storage: Western Digital Caviar Blue 500GB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($59.00 @ PCCaseGear)
Video Card: Gigabyte Radeon HD 7790...
Yes, it would but there are a lot of flaws with this build :

1. FX 4130 is a very bad CPU and the FX 4300 or FX 6300 is much better.
2. For FX CPU's I suggest using 970 chipset and higher. The Motherboard's chipset is way outdated.
3. 650 is a bad choice for gaming and getting a 2GB version is even worse. That GPU would never ever utilize more than 1GB RAM at most.

So, just tell me what is your budget. I will look up a good build for you.

Agree with Sangee Up there...
at least get a 4300 or even a 6300. I still even use my Phenom II 965..
Don't get the asrock motherboard, i have the chipset that you listed up there, and it broke on my 1 year and A WEEK after. So my warranty expired by a week. And now I have to get a new motherboard, and reinstall windows... So put in some extra money for a motherboard.
Lastly, don't get the 650, it's a bad card. At least get the 650 ti, or even the 7770 by AMD. I run the 7770, and I get 40+ fps on high settings in Battlefield 3.
Cheers :)

Well.. if you can spend about 850 dollars, then you can build a much better build. Really, for that much money, you can build much better.

For exactly the same price, you can build this build, which is quite better than the build you linked to.

+ i5 is still the best gaming CPU out there.
+ 660 is a very good performer at 1080p.
+ This would give good performance at 1080p high-very high (AA off) at 30+ FPS easily.
