Hello
now first of all i get that fps is better in lfr 25 man then in say heroic 25 man
BUT
there is no way i get 50+ fps with ULTRA settings in 25 man lfr on a heavy spell effect fights like norushen or sha of pride and i get 5-10 fps on the same fights with LOW settings in 25 man heroic

my setup i5 3570k and gtx 670 and after all the tests i have done the result is clear , that hardware isn't the problem and also the addons don't impact that fps by that much either max 10-15 more fps without my addons

so what up ? what is the problem as this is really frustrating for me now
any suggestion is welcome

Are you sure that you have no idea what might be the cause? There must be something you know of.

Okay, so tell me after what the computer started behaving abnormally. After installing a software maybe? or upgrading hardware. Anything or any change that you made recently to your computer. It might help knowing about issue.

Something must be there that you might be able to figure out.

Note : Make sure the temperatures that you reported are when the CPU is at load. Run any free benchmark to confirm that. Because we need temperatures at load.

i noticed the low fps during 25 man heroic progression on a boss fight with a lot of spell effects in a small area

i had a problem with this error until a few hour ago "nvidia kernel display driver stopped working ..." but this was after i updated to a new gpu driver version 327.23 but i did a system restore and it looks like this error is gone now but this was way after the huge fps drops were first noticed

those were the temps i saw during tests but maybe you can suggest another benchmark that i should do and post temps from that test ?

The game files of that certain area might be corrupted. I had a similar issue back in the days of GTA Vice City. Everything ran fine until I came close to the building under construction and as soon I came there FPS dropped to like 5-6 FPS. Doing a reinstall of the game solved that for me years ago.

Are you sure that the frame drops occur only in that area only and every other place runs fine?

As for benchmarks, the Novabench should stress the CPU and GPU to make them go to their max temps. Get that benchmark from http://novabench.com/

its not like that before the boss starts i can have 100 fps and when the fight starts 5 fps

i couldn't download novabench but after a 3dmark stress test the cpu cores were between 58 and 67 C and the gpu was at around 53-57 C

Well.. then I am sorry, I cannot be of much help as this looks like a software issue and more specifically the game issue to me. Go to their forums or contact the developer of that particular game. They are the guys who might be able to help.

I am sorry, but this looks like a purely software issue to me and the developers of this game can only solve this or they might guide you on what to and what to not.

I hope this helps. Is there anything else I can help you in?
