Windows 8 can't connect to the internet!

Heya,
my windows 8 self-build pc can't find any wireless connections,
There's just a big red cross on the connections icon.
Help is appreciated

Check if it is enabled in control panel.

And it also says internet cable unplugged, but on my other pc wifi works just fine!

Network and sharing center. You might have to change settings as well for the adapter.

No in the computer! It will have to have an adapter to use wifi!
