Integrated Graphics Card Upgrade

Hi, I'm trying to upgrade my onboard graphics card to a nvidia gtx 650 ti. Is this possible or do I have to go amd for crossfire or something. Here are my specs.
Processor: Amd Phenom II x4 955
Graphics: ati radeon hd 4250 integrated mobo
Ram: 14 gigs
PSU: Corsair cx600

i take it the mother board has a pci-e slot? if so, yes, the 650 will work.

On board means just that....it's "on board" ..... integrated into another part.

Add a discrete GFX card..... Im assuming you have something like this:

sorry about double posting. I hit edit because i realized that I forgot to put my motherboard and then next thing you know there are two of them. now im scared to edit the question again in case it posts it again.
