When I try to boot my computer this morning, all of a sudden, I get this error.

To make things more frustrated... I can't even use my keyboard, mouse, or my usb to fix this problem and I don't have a CD installed. If anyone can give me any suggestion, I would really appreciated to fix this problem for me.
