artifact/bug with 560ti

I am having some glitch/bug/gpu artifact in saints row 4 . I am starting too notice it from 3-4 days . it was absent before that . Similar kind of issue i am having with batman arkham city where some black cube shape box is present in joker face . Though skyrim is running just normally fine .

pc config
intel i3 2120
4 gb ddr3 ram
zotac 560ti ( on latest driver )
window 8 64 bit .

It possibly is. Took a look at the picture you posted and it's unlike any graphical artifact that I've seen. Most artifacts are like black holes that take chunks of the display away, colored strips that indiscriminately run across the screen, and other crazy stuff. What you possibly have, at least on Saints Row IV, are missing texture, so it might just be...

gpu running at stock speed . Tried previous driver , still having issues . could it possibly be game related artifact ??

gpu temp stays at 37 degree normal , and 66 degree avg on gaming ( though max is around 81 degree)

What you possibly have, at least on Saints Row IV, are missing texture, so it might just be game related. But just to be sure, you could underclock your GPU a bit and see if the errors stay.
