Honestly for this price, this is as good as you will do. If you want higher settings, you have to spend more money.

8gb RAM is more than enough for any games. Games use 4gb MAX.
The CPU is good. It could be lowered even to make more money for the GPU and not lose any performance. You would actually gain substantial performance from a better GPU.
