CPU fan that fits i5 4670k

I'm trying to set up a CPU fan for the CPU I'll be getting, which is i5 4670k.
I don't plan on OC'ing the CPU in the nearest future.
Currently I chose the Arctic Freezer i30, is that good enough? Research says the performance is around 320W. I'm not too bothered by sound.

Side question, I'm also looking for a case and I'd be really glad if you can recommend any.

No problem. Sorry, yes I meant air / fan cooled - stuff like the i30. Anything with a 12cm fan that will fit your case is more than enough. Water cooling, etc, is only really for extreme overclockers. You could probably OC yours to 4GHz if you wanted on the i30 without any problems.
