any idea wat's wrong with my dell monitor, led light blue with power on but no image what so ever when connected wiht computer. The computer is fine because i tested it withother monitor.

Seems like the dell monitor is dead. You can try a different input if it has more than one.

If it's an LCD could be a dead backlight or the power supply, if CRT could be tube or the power supply. Either way, unless it's a really expensive monitor, you are better off getting a new one than getting it fixed.
