Nevermind, I have found a pair know as the Gamecom 780, I am really impressed with this. Headset.

For your budget, looking at Turtle Beach, Steelseries, and Tritton headsets could be a nice way forward. Your specifications make it a little rarer to find, especially if it's going to be covering your FULL ear, wired, and at your budget range.

Razer Kraken. Period.

HD Audio. Try listening to FLAC audios. Comfortable which is the most important. Mic is detachable. What else do you need?
