Buy Titan's or wait for Radeon release?

At the beginning of the year I decided it was time to upgrade my gaming rig, I was about to click 'Buy Now" on a couple Titan's, but then I heard about Radeon's Volcanic Island (now I guess they'll be R something's??) being released so I put upgrading my GPU on hold. (I do like Radeon's Eyefinity.) However, here it is October and I've nearly finished upgrading everything else, but no Radeon to compete yet, and worse rumor's that they won't even release new GPUs until 2014?!?! :(

Basically I'm not sure if it's going to be 'worth' waiting for Radeon's release. Titan's are pretty beastly and seem to have a clear advantage... How likely is it that Radeon's release can overtake, ya know? I'm extremely torn on the matter so opinions would be greatly appreciated.

Demands of my new GPU(s): Top end. SLI/CrossFire; I want a pair (and possibly three down the road.) Must support 5+ monitors; I'm for sure adding in a 40" plasma, I'll need a minimum of 1 HDMI and 1 DVI-D, but I can adjust to almost anything as far as that goes (would prefer to have 4 HDMI and 1 DVI-D, but that might be a pipe dream.) Water cooling capability; system doubles as a recording studio so silence must be maintained (...plus it's in an HTPC case *cough*) Overclocking is a bit lower on my list, but I do want the capability. Heavy gaming, heavy video and graphic editing, and light to moderate 3D rendering (architecture programs.)

Relevant Rig Information - Water cooled FX-8350 on a Sabertooth 990FX/Gen3/R2, 3 Asus (Asui?) VE248Q 24" WS monitors and a 20" WS that I run in portrait mode for web browsing. I'm presently running a single Radeon 6950 modded with an Arctic Accelero (hybrid water/air cooling.) Oh and I'm doing external water cooling system's so no worries about GPU size; I can fit up to three 15" long dual PCI slot'ers.

AMDs new series is the R-200 line, their shooting for a mid October launch. You should definitely wait until the 25th, they should announce what specs and maybe some benchmarks on the new cards.

I'm pretty sure the release date for the 9000 series is Sep. 25th, so I would recommend at least waiting to see what they are like instead of spending $1000+ on a Titan and then regret it.
