Hi everyone. I'm planning to build a PC and I'm not sure which CPU to choose. I'm first time builder and I know I'll have to update the BIOS if I'll go with the 4930k, but I have never done it before. The price difference is not that big, so what should I do

What is your intended use? I love my overclocked 3930K, but day to day it is over kill. Once in a while I edit video then the 6 cores really help. If I was doing a new build it would be the 4820K, less cores, less cost, but you can still overclock unlike the 3820. If you need the six cores then some of the small added features (1866mhz RAM and PCIE 3.0) may be worth the extra cost of the 4930K over the 3930K.
