Hi, I'm looking to replace my motherboard after it has died.
My budget is <$105
My components are:
Phenom II 965 Black Edition (125W) (AM3 Socket)
Amd 7770
8GB G.Skill 1333 Ram (2 sticks)
430W Corsair PSU

Other Notes:
I would like to have USB3.0 ports in the back, 2 PCI-E Slots for future upgrading of my graphics cards (SLI AND Crossfire Support, not just one or the other)
The size does not matter, as long as I can put it in my ATX-Mid sized case.
Lastly, it MUST have >1 year warranty
Thank you in advance!

The VRM is way better on the motherboard I suggested. If you want to overclock it will be much more stable.... Especially on an FX 6300 of 8300 series CPU if you ever want to upgrade. The VRM on the one I suggested is an 8+2 phase VRM while the one you are asking about has a rather low quality 4+1 phase VRM.
