Well, needless to say I'm pretty disappointed that my 787X-UD3H Gigabyte motherboard doesn't fit the H100i backplate. I realize I should've checked before I bought it.

I was wondering if there is any solution to this. I know that if I buy a different backplate that it will work. I searched everywhere I don't know where I can buy one.

If anyone could direct me somewhere or offer help, that would be great.

I have built one system for a friend of mine with a socket 1150 although the motherboard was from Asus the backplate for the H100i worked just fine. Double check to make sure you are using the backplate for the socket 1155 as that is the one you would use on a socket 1150.
