Does my Watercooler not work with this socket?

Ok look here http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835181030

It says it works with LGA 1150. I got the watercooler and on the box is says it only works with LGA 1155 and up.
I tried to istall it and it didn't seem like it was working. Maybe I was doing somthing wrong?

Even the corsair website says it works with LGA 1150

1155 and 1150 are the same cooler mounting. I would suggest a different cooler though. The h60 is worse performance than air coolers at the same price

LGA 1150, 1155 and 1156 all use the same mounting configuration, meaning that a cooler that fits one will fit the others.

Might be cause you used the AMD Mountboard for the back, and it also should be that there are 3 holes on every corner of the mounting board, if u look closely it gives u numbers (1156) should be the one for your socket, then plug it in from the back and should work, also use the bigger Thumbscrews.
