The 4930K is of no real value and will require a bios flash. There is nothing truly more powerful than a 780 in SLI, the 7990 stutters if you use a dual monitor setup, although if you prefer 1440p, that may be the way2go, triple 770s will decimate the 7990 though. The 840 Pro is more than worth it and is overall faster than the EVO, it is just $20 more. The H220 is a good option, the stock cooler just makes it run TOO hot. You can get away with ocing, you won't burn anything unless you are stupid enough to go 1.6+ on the voltage.

Why Intel? Why?

Get Rid of the Intel and get the http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819113346 AMD FX-9370 Vishera 4.4GHz Socket AM3+ 220W Eight-Core Desktop Processor and

ASUS Crosshair V Formula-Z AM3+ AMD 990FX

A 9370, if you want to go AMD, go 8320 or 8350.. He wants a $4200 system, you can't really do anything better than a 3930K... A 3930K or 4820K\3820 will defeat a 8350 in almost all cases, although the 8320\50 is a much, much better value for money. I think the OP should go for a cheaper $1600 option like the one shown below, but he wants a $4200 setup that in reality, unless you are some ultra hardcore gamer, will never come into good use. I encourage the OP to save money, but if he really wants to burn 4K, than so be it. The 8320 is the best value out there IMHO, the 9370, not so much...

Unless you are using more than 1 monitor, the 2-way SLI Titan is the best gaming setup you can have right now.
