Did I order the wrong motherboard? (Fractal R4) Two USB 3.0 Slots (Only one USB 3.0 Header on Mobo!)

I'm a newbie builder and just ordered my parts. My mobo is the Gigabyte Z87 HD3 and in the specs it says Internal IO has 3 x USB 2.0
1 x USB 3.0 Header

(also 4 x USB 3.0 on the back)

While the Fractal R4 case has 2 USB 3.0 slots and 2 USB 2.0 slots on the front.

Will this mean I'm going to have one less USB 3.0?

Here is a picture of my motherboard:

I wouldn't worry about it. The case should have a single cable for both USB headers, but in the event that it doesn't you can always get a USB 3.0 splitter which are relatively cheap.
