it will do great however are you planning on overclocking at all? Also i would change the powersupply for something from enermax, corsair, seasonic or even antec would be alright but you dont want to skimp on your powersupply stay away from coolermaster as far as power supplies go they are especially terrible heres a list of what not to buy http://www.johnnylucky.org/power-supplies/psu-lemon-list.html. You might want to check out the amd hd 7970 instead it performs about the same but has 3gb of vram it does take more power slighty ut will still run fine on a powersupply with about 500w or more aslong as you dont overclock if you do you will need more like a 650w-750w powersupply.
