I was installing a new motherboard today and while trying to position it, I scratched the back. It looks like I scratched 2 of lines on the back. The scratch is very small, maybe 1/8 of an inch and it is looks like silver. The computer starts up and I can log into windows. I haven't had much time to play on the computer but should I worry about the scratch?

If the scratch didin't break the silver tracks/lines, there's no need to worry.
You could apply a small and thin film of crazy glue, super glue or epoxy to reseal the tracks, let it cure before switching the computer on and forget the accident ever happened.

Non metallic finger nail polish would work to just something that is non metallic to seal the trace would be fine. The main thing is to keep oxygen away from the trace's.
