Computer super slow all of a sudden?

It works fine during browsing and the likes, but when ever I load up a game, it just freezes and lags out. Built 1 month ago. Here are the likely culprits if it is a hardware problem - i5-4570 (No oc)
Powercolor 7850 pre oc'ed to 1000 on the core, and Seasonic M12II-620. Any ideas?

nothing wrong with your listed hardware.

that means there is either something wrong with your hard-drive/ram or something wrong with your software/drivers. we need more info to advise you more.

I have noticed a loud noise coming from my hard drive, but that was fixed when I screwed it in instead of used the tool free stuff. As for my drivers, it may be a driver problem, but then again I've been using 13.4 for a long time, and it worked fine, but now all of a sudden it's super slow.
