Example If I buy evga gtx780 titan cooler, is it the same as zotac gtx780 titan cooler (same clock as evga)? is the brand doesnt matter in reference cards in terms of quality? I know in non reference cards they are not the same because of the cooler thats why I need to know if it is the same quality as reference evga card because zotac is cheaper.

More about : reference design cards brand

Yes, reference is reference, they only differ in warranty and packaging. Have a reference 780 Zotac myself, very happy with it and their customer service is excellent from when I've spoke to them.

That said, if you change your mind and decide to go aftermarket, skip Zotac, there are much better offering from Asus, Gigabyte and EVGA.

Thanks! I will go with the titan cooler because of the green GEFORCE GTX led :)  I go with zotac much cheaper than other brands at same performance. btw, can you overclock it?

Depends from card to card, no two cards overclock the same, its never a guarantee.
