I'm willing to buy evga gtx 650 ti boost but I have 500w ,+12v, 20A psu will I able to run it

Yes that should be sufficient unless the PSU is crap. Which PSU is it?

but my specs are
processor-core i5 2400 3.10ghz
motherboard-intel dh67bl
ram-kingston 4GB ddr3
hard disk -500GB

I think my pc power consumption is low......
will I able to run it ???

There must be a sticker somewhere on the PSU.
