Other Hard-drives Aren't Being Seen

I have my 1 ssd (with operating system on it) windows seems to find that one okay. I have another SSD and a HDD that windows knows is there but doesn't see them in my computer? Is this common as i really want that 2nd SSD used for games. Please and thank you for the help in advance.

How do you know that Windows knows that it is there if it doesn't show in My Computer?
