I'm wondering what parts would I need to make a $700 dollar gaming computer, I plan to play GTA 5 and battle field 4 at 60 fps, i don't currently want to over clock and don't prefer Intel or AMD
Btw I'm hopping the PC will last a couple years with out modifications.
Thanks,

This IMO is a great combo for your budget,
CPU: AMD FX-4300 Vishera 3.8GHz (easily Overclocked to 4.5) $120
GPU: Nvidia GTX 760 ~$300 Or get a 7870 for 150$
RAM: any cheap 8gig 1600mh kit will do.
MB: GIGABYTE GA-78LMT-USB3 (Great board, I've used it for a little over a year now however does not have many oc options) $70
PSU: Corsair CX600 (It'll last you a long time) $80
Case: The case I have is great, picked it up for 50 bucks. Cooler Master N200
Heatsink: Cooler Master Evo 40$ Dropped my temps from 57 3.4ghz on stock to 46 with a 3.8 oc.
SSD: Pick up a 120 gig ssd for about $120
