Are my PC components getting too hot?

Here's a stability test I ran on my PC (FX-8320, XFX Radeon 7850, GIGABYTE 970A-DS3) for about 10 minutes with the room temperature at 30 degrees C. Now, these are the temperatures during the test. The temps seemed to get stable after about five minutes. No components were overclocked (the CPU is unlocked). Are these temperatures okay? During summer the room temperature will go up 5-8 degrees more. Will it be problematic to run my PC at full load then?

As for the chassis, I have a Cooler Master Elite 334U, with 3x 120mm and 2x 80mm fans.

And here are the stats...

Kind of hard to see, is the top temp on that graph 75c? If so, your temps are great for a stress test. I wouldn't worry about those numbers. During regular usage, even gaming, your cpu will never work that hard. Your GPU can get up into the 80s without need to worry.

Well, It does go up to 71 or 72 degrees. Is that much of a problem? I try to keep it below 72degrees C though. And, can I OC it by 5% or so? The core clock is 860MHz. Will 900MHz be okay? Or will it reduce the lifespan of the card?
