Is it possible to run a Intel Chipest at the same time as a Nvidia card?

After owning my new PC for around 9 months, i find the graphics card is becoming rather weak with games such as Planetside 2. My question is, would it be possible to run the Nvidia card (A GT 630) and also using my Intel Chipest on the PC to boost the performance - or would compatibility be to much of an issue?

you can run the instead of, but not as well as (ie. working with) the build in intel card. BUT the GT630 is not really a gaming card, it'll be about as good as the built in card. before considering a higher end card maybe a 650/660 if you are budget constrained, then you also need to consider your PSU.

What is your PSU, make and model please.

If it was a laptop u could do it by nvidia optimus technology ...but if u want to apply this on ur pc,u will need to buy an msi gaming motherboard which allow dedicated gpu to get benifits from integreated graphics too...
