I haven't overclocked my RAM but it is 2000MHz!, its supposed to be 1600MHz (seen here)

is this a problem or am i just lucky?
 
What you're looking at, the NB frequency is not your ram frequency. CPU-z is reporting your ram speed as 670.9 (DRAM Frequency) or 1333 (1341.8) since it reports ram at single data rate. You need to enable XMP in BIOs which will then set your ram to 1600MHz (which CPU-Z will report as 800)
