Get 2x4GB RAM so you it can run in dual channel = faster.

I'd rather get the CX600:

Great mobo, cpu, cooler, and HDD.

If for gaming then maybe try for a 7870 or 660. However, a 7850 will play most games on High @1080p so no worries. And the 7850 is great at overclocking.

Yes, all of those components will work together.

You may want to delay your purchase for a while because AMD will be releasing new GPUs soon and they will have better performance than this one, and at a similar price.

I agree with razvan_mz regarding a WD Caviar Black HDD, however, 1866Mhz RAM is unnecessary and will not provide any benefits in gaming.

Looks good to me, that GPU will play most things at high/max. The CPU would go great with the EVO, You'd obtain a 4.4ghz overclock no problem. You could probably save a few bucks by going with lesser brands, but if you're anything like me you don't care about that. Is there anything specific you'd like to know?

I'll be buying this after my exams....it will be on March/April 2014....OK then I'll wait for the newer GPUs I heard that Corsair Vengeance DDR3 8 GB is stable even at 2300mhz .....is it true..??
My monitor is 720p and when I get a 1080p monitor (maybe a TV screen) I'm planning to do Crossfire with two HD 7850s....!!

Personally, I'd never bother overclocking RAM, especially to 2300Mhz, simply because it will not provide any significant performance. You might get 1-3 extra FPS in games with faster RAM. Not really worth it. Also,

I would highly recommend a 1080p screen over 720p, you can just see so much more detail.

And crossfire 7850s should give you some awesome performance, we just have to wait for the new AMD GPUs because they might have an even better soulution.

Good luck with your build.

Unfortunately, Intel does not supply CPUs without the stock cooler included (except in the case of the Intel i7 Extreme processors).

Alright then I'll go with the dual channel you mentioned......
Please suggest a good CPU cabinet for the build and also I want to know what I have to do with the stock cooler after installing Hyper212 Evo....?!?

I think you mean Case. On your budget I'd look for a NZXT 210 or Antec 200R or Antec 300R (on sale if you're lucky.)

Since your gaming at 720p then a single 7850 is easily enough. And since you will upgrade your monitor to 1080p then Crossfire isn't such a bad thing. Cuz 2x7850 will be great on 1080p, although you need 600W PSU and some way to get that extra heat away from the GPUs and out of the case. Get some extra GOOD fans.

Corsair is better, but their fans are also more expensive. The XtraFlo fans the N series cases come with are more than enough for what he needs. Keep in mind it's a "budget" build, no need to waste extra money on vanity items.

The HAF is a really great case, one of my personal favs. There's enough room in there for anything (almost).
